The MM Technology V2 relies on ebony as a low-resonance housing base. This is combined with the most efficient possible reduction of moving mass, optimised HD grinding technology for the stylus and highly effective damping of the cartridge.

Multiple Measurements and Hand Selection
The moving magnet cartridges are measured, analysed and hand-selected multiple times across four levels. This enables clearaudio to achieve perfect homogeneity of the stereo channels and minimal phase and transient distortion respectively.
Audiophile Sound Signature
With linear frequency response and high output voltage, a spatial, detailed, multi-coloured yet homogeneous sound signature is created – with precise bass and clear highs.
Lightweight and Low-Resonance
Apart from the concept V2, which is manufactured from aluminium, the body of all cartridges in this series is made from hand-polished ebony.
