The MM Technology V2 uses ebony as a low-resonance body foundation. This is complemented by the most efficient possible reduction in moving mass, optimised HD grinding technology for the stylus and highly effective damping of the cartridge.

Multiply Measured and Hand-Selected
The moving magnet cartridges are multiply measured, analysed and hand-selected in four planes. In this way, clearaudio achieves perfect homogeneity of the stereo channels and minimal phase and transient distortion respectively.
Audiophile Sound Image
With linear frequency response and high output voltage, a spatial, richly detailed, multi-coloured yet homogeneous sound image is created – with precise bass and clear highs.
Lightweight and Low-Resonance
With the exception of the concept V2, which is made from aluminium, the body of all cartridges in this range is made from hand-polished ebony.
