The MM Technology V2 relies on ebony as a low-resonance housing foundation. This is complemented by the most efficient possible reduction of moving mass, optimised HD grinding techniques for the stylus and highly effective damping of the cartridge.

Measured multiple times and hand-selected
The moving magnet cartridges are measured multiple times in four planes, analysed and hand-selected. In this way, clearaudio achieves perfect homogeneity of the stereo channels and minimal phase or transient distortions.
Audiophile sound image
With linear frequency response and high output voltage, a spatial, detailed, multi-coloured and simultaneously homogeneous sound image is created – with precise bass and clear treble.
Lightweight and low-resonance
Apart from the concept V2, which is manufactured from aluminium, the body of all cartridges in this range is made from hand-polished ebony.
